Refund & Return Policy

We stand behind Willow & Stone with our 60-Day Guarantee. If you're not happy with your purchase, email us within 60 days of delivery and we'll make it right.

Returns: You have 60 days from the delivery date to request a return. Contact support first at support@willowandstonewares.com for instructions — please don't send items back without reaching out, so we can help you fastest.

Refunds: Once we've sorted out your return, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days of us receiving the item.

Damaged or defective items: Send a photo and your order number to support@willowandstonewares.com and we'll arrange a replacement or refund, handled case by case.

Warranty note: The sharpening discs are consumable wear parts and are not covered under the lifetime tool warranty (see our warranty terms below in the Terms of Service).
